On the other hand, even great goalkeepers sometimes could have bad days. But then ,there could be reasons behind the reasons. Was bribery involved? Was it the weather?

(i) Stephen Ahorlu ( Backup goalie in WC2010) conceded lots of goals in Israel in one game. He blamed the weather.
(ii) Olu Onangorowa (Nigeria 1955--1960) allowed seven goals in one match against Ghana. He complained that the thunderbolt shots from Acquah were too much for his health. His life was in danger.

Coach Kwasi Appiah, As for this one, I'll only say Hmmmmm! I'll repeat what I posted here on Ghanaweb that goalkeeper "Olele" Kinston has little in him to offer at this moment in his career as a goalkeeper. In general I think Ghana has to begin scouting for new talents and train them well to top-class level. We probably have to groom taller goalkeepers like Fuseni Salifu as we embark on our overall team development programs. I think "Olele" must be rested; he needs some time off. That's my candid opinion.

Meanwhile Coach Kwasi Appiah should do well to invite talented players who could read any game and initiate the art of ball control (eg. Essien & Muntari) and could understand the art of total teamwork. We cannot afford to go down in Egypt. The November 19 game is crucial to us.

My prayer as that of many Ghanaian fans, go to Coach Kwasi Appiah and his able men for victory in our return match in November.

Ghana goalkeeper Richard “Olele” Kingson has indicated that he is not surprised about the 6-1 win over Egypt in the 2014 World Cup play-off and attributed it to the God of Prophet TB Joshua.

Famous Ghanaian spiritualist Kwaku Bonsam has slammed goalkeeper Richard Kingson for giving credit to TB Joshua for the impressive 6-1 win over Egypt.

“What is Olele [Kingson] saying? That TB Joshua is responsible for the win over Egypt?” Bonsam lamented on Happy FM.

“We should give credit where it is due. All of us worked things out for the Black Stars and now credit is being given to someone who wasn’t even at the stadium.”

Kwaku Bonsam warned Ghana could suffer a similar fate as experienced by the Egyptians if care is not taken.

“If we don’t give the due recognition, we will be beaten massively in the return encounter if we don’t take care,” he warned.

Ghana goalkeeper Richard Kingson conceded six goals in a league match in Cyprus over the weekend but the returnee Black Stars shot-stopper will not be blamed for avalanche of goals.

That being said, neither him or dauda should be starting next year.
Adam is our number 1 & the best keeper we got, get some confidence & your starting place is guaranteed!
If I see Dauda starting, just know we're not coming out the group stages. His decision making against the inferior teams has been shocking, especially against Egypt & Zambia. The big teams will target him!
