Duncan should rather work on the erratic shooting from his non-existent attackers in front of goal.He should know that delay tactics are part of the game.
This unachievable guy/heaerts coach is always blaming somebody or something including fields instead of himself. He is less knowlegeable and has achieved nothing in his career
A without a plan B when the game gets tough will surely blame others for keeping useless players in the game even they are virtually contributing nothing to the game.
Delay tactics is also a strategic planning to neutralize an opponent. A good coach should counteract that strategy. Stop whinning and accept defeat or draw. Always giving excuses!!!!
