  If this is his first violation, Duncan deserves a second chance. If there is a continuous problem that would disintegrate the club, then Duncan deserves to be axed. For a coach who has proven to be a winner for Hearts, Management must ensure that the violation is not the equivalent of injecting "poison" into Hearts. Coach Duncan deserves a second chance, unless management proves to the teaming supporters that his presence would destroy the club. The privilege of being on the board is to serve Hearts. They must retain coach Duncan unless he is the equivalent of a poisonous pill. In any case, there must be hearing by neutral parties to give the coach and the board opportunity to state their case.
