Had Egypt qualified who'd have been their coach? Is it not same Bradley who was at the helms of affair when they got walloped by 6 goal to 1? Some of our players are not in good shape and do you think a foreign coach will conjure any magic between now and June 2014? No help is needed. We have to start from somewhere. Over the years we've depended on foreign help saaaaaaaaa and as a result our people are not growing. We'll go with Appiah and continue the "Onyame boa y3n" soccer. It could even be a new tactical invention. If we don't take chances, we'll be at a stand still. Appiah is good enough to take us there and if we're walloped by every team, we'll still come back and continue from where we failed till we get better. Why go for some foreigners, pay so much money and end up in the quarter finals? Besides, how many African countries have gotten to that stage since the world cup started? Leave Appiah alone.

I always have a hunch that some of those who come on this site are not ghanaians but rather detractors of progress from ohter countries and this socalled 'GHANABA' is no exception. Appiah will make the biggest technical soccer mistake if he benches Kevin in this WC like he did in Egypt. See how the Serbian coach Milo used Kevin to Ghana's advantage Appiah shouldnt make no silly technical mistake by not using him. If Kevin Prince Boateng is fit he should be ued 99.9% of our matches the guy brings some positive spirit to the team and the games and we need that to start a match. Part of the reason why i think AA needs a seasoned technical mind is his poor judgement at the playoff in Egypt, why play the same playes in the first match in Kumasi at Cairo whilst a player like Kevin and others who didnt play are ready to go above and beyond to pay their dues, on the other hand the Egyptians studied our first game and knew who to tackle most and the strategy as well as formation to counter our win in Kumasi theefore including new players who think they should justify themselves and follw the footsteps of those who played in Kumasi would have done us good, at least Kevin should have started and Essien benched until half time, Essien was even scared before the match anyway and what does that tell anyone, that will be after Kevin had scored 2 goals demoralising Egypt. Kevin not being utilised earlier in the game had nothing to do with him not being fit it was technical bankrupcy on the part of AA, he went back to his club and his coach was mad at Ghana for making him blunt instead of sharp . Ghana need an expect to assist this low morale coach ohterwise we will be laughing at the wrong side of our mouth.

Personally, I think is is a challenge for us. We are good fighters and we have players who have real raw talent! As I have maintained every time, discipline is our major problem and also getting panicky when pressure is on us.

ON one Algerian website, the guys talk of our inability to maintain a strong defence because of lack of concentration, which is also true. If the coach can work on these we will have no problem.

During the last world cup it was as if the game was played in Senegal where the support for Ghana drove an enthusiastic fit especially when Suarez blocked Adiyiah's the ball with his hand. Yesterday, listening to BBC's TV lady commentator saying we were robbed showed how much the world expects us to advance. The lady actually thought we could have won.
