No one is saying Appiah is the best or a super coach. Africa in general has been part of this world cup for years but her best chance to hit the semis so far was what Ghana had in 2010 which we blew it. Cameroun, Senegal, Ghana and no other team has gone to the quarter final stage out of over many countries in Africa. In all, we were backed by white coaches. Check the history of W/C and you'll see one significant thing. That is, no country has won the trophy with a foreign coach. I'm not saying Appiah will win the cup but the issue is, if we'll keep stopping at the quarters, why keep hiring a foreign coach? Push your people to get there and that's the way forward. Should Appiah fail, we'll come back home and keep working. I've had enough of these foreign coaches, time to raise our own. We currently have Appiah and we'll back him to the end.

They are quick, strong and slippery when they break, the defense must be solid are tactical in all their games, clearance of any potential danger in the box are very essential. The midfield is better than ever so yes Ghana have the chances of beating Germany if they push a little bit. Atsu, Warris Majeed, Asamoah Gyan Andrea Ayew Kevin Boateng are all poised to take on Germany but Ghana must first beat the USA to stand any chance of going through, its do or die business and am sure Ghana will deliver and will refused to be pushed all over the place, come on Ghana the whole country is behind you to bring glory.

My message to Asamoah Gyan. plz be accurate and score when you are in the box, if possible always look around and give a perfect pass for someone unmarked to score, sometimes in football one does not always aim at scoring, one can make way for others to scor, for example during the game at Kumasi against the Egyptians the first few seconds the ball went to GYAN right in the box and made a low drive straight into the hans of the Egyptian goalkeeper, if he had shown a little composure by taken on one defender and swerve to the other side he could have given the ball to either KOJO ASAMOAH OR WARRIS TO SCORE IN THE OPENING SECONDS but shot with his left foot and straight into the goalkeeper. The striker must also learn to keep the ball on the ground and play football though i can understand the type of footballer he is ie put him through with the ball in front of him and he ll score but a very dangerous striker dont always has to be put through sometimes you work your way in to take on defenders and either score or give a pass to someone else to score. Depending on the game plan and also the quality of each game and formation will determine a strikers game plan either to remain top and expect a through pass or fall behind the centre line pick the ball and run at defenders with some accurate passes and distribution. He should keep running at all times and thats the only way he can gain supremacy on all opponents.I used to play like that upfront expecting a pass and end up doing absolutely nothing due to the formation of the game until i learned to move back to the centre line and join the midfielders for a collective and accurate distribution and scoring fantastically, it worked for me and am sure if Asamoah Gyan can adopt to this Strategy he ll remain to be the best striker ever.
