Akufo-Addo, the shady darling of the Ghanaian justice system escaped justice when a very serious accusation was leveled against him. He was alleged to have murdered someone and has since been impersonating the person but the case was thrown out of court.

We thought Akufo-Addo himself would come to his own defense by suing in court the author of the gigantic accusation. Instead, he remained silent and hid behind the courts of the country, which fact is indicative of his culpability. Does this present him as transparent to you?

And we think Ghana could be a country! We are fighting a lost cause, a kind of "peine perdue" with the illusion we could even have a wonderful country of justice for all.

But they ought to think of the fact that the only thing that has saved the nation so far is that the Ghanaians do not follow their leaders blindly. At least for now.
