The guy did well in the qualifier but I have a feeling that if we go to the World Cup and he under perform it will affect his market value.He has to take that chance to be sharp.

I am not sure why he would want to go to England to prepare for the world cup especially when the weather is cold this time around. Brazil would be hot. Also the BPL is a tough place to play and 6 months would not give him enough time to make any meaningful impact.

What I am most afraid for our players is their health. I think it is important for the players to train hard but to be injury free.

Playing in the BPL + cold winter can be a little risky for injuries especially if you are coming from a league environment that is not like the BPL and the weather is much warmer.

I wish he would think through these factors before going to Stoke.

Finally this world cup is wide open and the team with the healthiest players would probably win.
