Winter in Europe starts in Nov-Dec and Ends in March but that is on paper, the winter can extend into May which is not necessarily snowfall but cold temperatures. So the GFA is telling us we will be camping in a cold climate and play in a tropical country from 06/12/2014 to 07/13/2014?

The German team will leave Europe and head to the US, while the US team heads to Brazil. Why can't camp in the Americas to get acclimatized to the high humidity to be encountered in Brazil. Even though the players are from Ghana, most of them play in Europe and therefore need to be exposed to the climate they will face in tropical Brazil.
