  Yes, we want full accountability. Tell us how much was spent and for what. We also want to know the balance. The balance should be returned to the government chest.

  Why make the budget public? That is surely unnecessary. The average Ghanaian, with his/her typical unjustifiable criticism, will begin to insult you (the minister) and the players, hence hurt the players in term of commitmen ...
