  Who were the assistants to MILO when he was analysing the video clips in preparing the famous Black Stars for the glorious South Africa showdown. Where are they.? Can they remember how MILO did the analyses?

  It all boils down to what formation the coach plans to deploy against a given opponent. First you watch the opponent play live if possible or regardless, you obtain the videos of the opponent's game and watch them over and over again. Then you figure out their game plan and weak points. If you want to use only the Serbian 4-2-3-1 all-flair formation, then, like MILO, you have to give each player a unique assignment that fits perfectly into the grand scheme. All this done behind close doors.
  
  If no Ghanaian is available , then let the GFA go and recruit MILO as a Video Analyst and Scout for a small fee. This is really something? Why was this problem not identified earlier? The only condition is that James " Silent Killer " Kwasi Appiah remains the head coach and Sellas Tetteh joins MILO in creating a formidable forward line that is fearless and fearsome. Absolutely the strategy will NOT be a " one goal project".
  
  We are in a global world where every one looks for better players and coaches in the world shamelessly.
  
  Remember that the cream of our Ghana-born players are playing for other nations. No shame in this! Danny Welbeck (England), Mario Ballotelli (Italy), Jerome Boateng ( Germany). There are more!!
  
  We are getting ready to rock the world in Brazil. If MILO is the missing piece, let's go get him. Is Capello of Italy the coach of Russia? Did England not employ a Swedish coach for a previous World Cup and a Italian for the previous World Cup?
  
  When Agamemnon and the the Hellas lay siege , fruitlessly to Troy for 10 years they had to go for Neoptolemus the missing piece, before the city was sacked. Thus before the Black Stars embark on the plane for Brazil, the team should be well-coached, confident and without a weakness , wrinkle or fear.

  In football like in politics, certain things have to be done in secret. I think it is about time we stop publishing our plans for our opponents in public. It is only a stupid General who will share his war tactics with the public for the benefit of the enemy. We must bear in mind our World Cup opponents will be watching all our activities including the use of their Embassy staff. So from now on Akwasi Appiah should keep these issues to his chest and not share it with anybody including all journalists whoever they may be.

  My feeling is, they are positioning themselves just in case they will come back and Bob Cole us by saying I told you so.
