How sad! I want to to tell you that, this is a complete 419. If they have ask you for money, please don´t ever give it to them. I have live in Spain here and still is. Valencia is bankrupt to the tune of millios of euros to the local government, and as a result, they are selling their uncompleted stadium, which no one is interested in buying anyway. Even as I write, their president has been charged for corruption and he has been making court appearance. A team that can not pay their players coming to build university in Ghana! A team that was forced to sell their top players to pay some of their debts, the lattest one being a Real madrid loan Canales to Real Sociedad! Joseph Yamin, give us a break! This is the way you people act and incure debts to the State.

It's not about building sports facilities that's important; it's about it's maintenance. Can the deputy minister tell Ghanaians the state or conditions of our national stadia at Essipong and Tamale as it is right now? Everything is left to break down after building and commissioning. This kind of attitude must end! We must try to maintain existing sports complex rather than focus on building new ones. If we can't maintain our sports facilities or roads, why do we think of getting new ones? We must cultivate the culture of maintenance, else it is useless to attempt to build new sports or road complex.

They resort to these big projects (which is not a bad overall idea), if things were done right.
The only means to dupe the country is to embark on these, "not necessary, at the moment projects"
