  The difference between Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich the owner of Chelsea and Hearts of Oak Togbe Afede XIV is that Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich would pay his bills he put his money where is mouth is. Togbe Afede XIV does not. Both men has big mouth but one is payer and other is not.

  This is a contract. He signed a contract therefore Hearts are right not to pay Duncan Social Security Fund. Hearts should hired me.

  Home coaches must support and learn Duncan so that when they are with any club,they can fight for their entitlements and not to be taken for granted at their club level

  David Duncan has got to be one of the smartest people in Ghana. He knows the law was put in place to protect the citizens and he is going through all the right channels to make his voice heard. It seems phobia picked the wrong guy to mess with. I wish all Ghanaians will take their politicians through the ringer like this. Corruption will be reduced drastically if politicians see that Ghanaians know their rights.

  A guy borrow money from bank he owns a private jet and other assets, default on payment in any civilize country they would foreclosed on him take the assets to service the debit the bank goes under the guy keep everything all because he is the brother of the politician.

  Savid is a very educated man. He know the law inside out. U cant mess around with him . I feel very sorry for hearts duncan is a great citizen he know his rights. He will necer let anything roll under the carpet
