i also remember a player like sanni wahab who could play so well but eventually allow a forward player to score an easy goal. i remember how fawaz zouk's boy called kwame ali donned olympics jersey and scored some 2 quick goals against hearts and suddenly became a hit, with dosena giving him selection all over the places and the boy eventually joined hearts so easily.

apart from that these players without due respect did not take their football to any appreciable height. except for jacob who played in some four blackstars matches the rest we just average players.
sir cecil, sunday, malik, etc had appreciable academic attainment.
