It's been a long time, but Dede exhibited in this match the potential which we all know he possesses. His finishing was deadly for which any centre-forward will be proud of. Cooly and accurately he was able to lob the ball over the onrushing goalkeeper with the outside of his left foot from an acute angle for the first goal. Then like a centre-forward he was able to meet a telling cross from the left; out-jump 2 defenders and plant the ball into the corner of the net for the second. Again like a centre forward he was able to meet a low cross from the right and steer the ball past the keeper at the near post with his left foot for the third goal. In fact apart from the goals, he was awesome throughout the match.It looks like as Brazil approaches Ghanaian players are keen to catch the Black Stars coach's eyes. Bless them. Just praying the Good Lord protect them from injuries.

We hve too many left wingers n midfielders. Use dede as a striker, with gyan on the right wing. If dede stays consistent with his scoring.he will be a star in Europe.

From what I saw I think it will be a good idea. But I think it will be even better if there is rotation between them from the wings to the centre. This will among other things confuse defences and also allow them to evade their markers. Gyan in particular can ghost in from the wings onto through balls in the centre unnoticed. He does this very well at his club: he ghosts in from the deep onto through balls and smack or head them into the net. I think that has been the secret of his phenomenal goal record with Al Ain. I hope Ghanaweb publish the videos of Dede's hat trick for Ghanaians to judge whether he can be used as a striker.

Dede was an attacking mid for the u20. He has also shown maturity as a goalscorer with his club. Gyan will be a liability as a striker in brasil bcos let me honest. He won't be able to step up as a striker due to the intense competition. However, pull gyan to the right wing and he can compensate with his speed on the right flanks and experience in getting into the box.

Ayew played as a striker that's why he was able to scored the hat-trick. I think he should be converted into a striker and be paired with Asamoah Gyan at the world cup.
