Polo unfortunately has for a long time struggled with anger problems despite his advancing age, he is equally very unbalanced emotionally, his spontaneous outburst to issues is very worrying for a person of his caliber and experience. The league in my opinion is already lost maybe not as the result of Polo's incompetence but for a couple of wrong decision by managements. Polo be allowed to see through the rest of the league which is almost getting to a close, otherwise sacking him at this stage will only complicate things further. Polo be advised to control his anger and learn to be decorous in his language to people he works with.
