His problem is with individuals, not the team.

ON THE ISSUE OF COACHING. I FEEL SORRY FOR POLO. POLO HAS PAID HIS DUES TO THE CLUB;NONTHELESS HE HAS BEFORE BEING APPOINTED TO HANDLE THE CLUB HE WAS ALL OVER PONTIFICATING HIS EXPLOITS. BEING AN EXCELLENT FOOTBALLER DOES NOT TRANSLATE INTO BEING A GOOD COACH
