  Everything Ghana is becoming embarrassingly a shame and damaging to the image of the country. Our journalists today can not even chose right and simple words to tell simple stories, or has it become a lazy thing for our Editors to do the prove reading before publishing? haaaabaah!!!
  
  How can any well salted and good writer put such a misleading headlines? more so when the story here relates to one of the first class teams in the world today, Liverpool, that recently allowed Ghana's national coaching team to use their fabulously first class equipped training facilities to gain some experience towards the coming world cup?
  
  Was Amartey neglected because of his injury or he rejected Liverpool by his injury?
  
  This is a shame and need to be corrected.
  
  Can't believe how everything Ghana crumbling!

  There are some statements made by this footballer that are misleading.We should be careful when we use the english language. To REJECT something is to refuse to accept something one does not want. I the case of Amartey he could not join Liverpool because of a hand injury so he DECLINED to sign the contract and not REJECT.Paul-Tarkwa

  But Amartey's expatiation in the use of the that word also clarifies his thought well:
  
  “But I hurt my hand and was forced to reject it. It is truly a big club and it feels really flattering that they are interested.”
  
  The confusionists are our journalists.
  The headline is extremely misleading.
  They can't seem to understand REJECT, SNUB, SMASH, BLAST, ATTACK and CHASE.
  
  There was a time in Ghana when we had true journalists.
  
  Today, everything in our beautiful country, including leadership at critical levels, is just emotional, sensational, predatory and money-driven without any regard to self-respect and integrity.
  
  You cannot be Number One on a continent without some serious introspection and class.

  Whoever wrote this headlines need to be re-train if he had any training at all. Very poor and highly misleading headlines. Please, let`s learn some good writing skills from.
