  I once heard that a formal coach of the blackstars said black Africans are indiscipline,that day I remember I insulted him very well.I now accept that statement by the said coach ever since I left Ghana.iam saying this in support of mohamed polo.we think whitemen do not work much.The fact is blacks are capable of many exploits but like polo said we become lazy about what we can do best.An example is the USA basketball,blacks are about 80% than white.polo u are right,the local players are lazy.if they should work towards the work,they will perform

Gone are the days when you go to the beaches behind the independence square and the then race course as early as 4-5am and you see serious soccer players running back and forth on the beach sand for strength and endurance. Polo, Mama Acquah, Hesse Odamtten, Awuley Quaye, Azziz and old track and field athletes Timothy Hesse, Panther, Lavon, Paa Nii, Jollof, Shegey, Stone JB Akuttey, Willie Hammond, Eddie P, Shower, Cynthia Quatey and others. So don't blame Polo when Hearts of Oak players sucks. They don't want to work hard and are undermining Polo. Their loyalty should be for hearts and wearing the rainbow jeyseys and stop being loyal to Duncan who is no more their Coach. Hearts of oak needs to off load all these lazy players and have Polo pick his own who are ready to work. Stop the back biting

  I totally disagree with Polo since some local players are better than some international coaches.e.g.kwabena adusei is better than jery akamenko and rasheed somaila,Augustine okrah and seidu bancey are better than jordan ayew.even our so call leading striker our league is better than where he plays.is as a results of lack of confidence and technical blindness that why they are left out.if all local coaches will perform poorly as Polo like how do we nurture local payers.I think he is saying this to cover the shame he is encountering nowadays
