We are tired of the 'experience' card.

What could possibly be the reason why his last 2 clubs always have him sitting on the bench most of the time or let him play a few minutes?

You must be fit,productive and be in top form to be selected for World cup.

The subs for these positions should be Afriyie Acquah,Badu and Waris respectively, I think the wingers should comprise Dede, Atsu with subs Wakaso and Accam. so that Gyan strikes with Jordan as his sub. I Agree that Essien is simply not fit enough for this tournament and with his host of injuries may just end up serving as surplus. I love Essien but Maaaannnn this team is competitive.

As we are preparing for this world cup the team has to also be thinking of giving these young guys the opportunity to gain experience as the older guys gradually retire plus obviously from the results you can see the hunger they have. I was expecting the second halfers to do better and was hugely disappointed. A. Gyan did not even score as well and he is our sole striker.

Accam is listed as a striker! Why call him a striker when he can't score goals but only can 'assist'? Maybe he is a midfielder but we have a whole lot of those, don't we?

Let's also not be deceived by a Jordan goal either. Looking at it, critically, he might not even score another one for the rest of the year. But, I will be very happy if he proves me wrong!

Again, I have watched Accam play and comparing it to Essien's recent form, I personally would say Essien be dropped. Yes he has the experience, but does he still have the energy and speed to recover quickly agains't the likes of fast paced players like C.Ro?

You would realize that even Xavi, is recently less used for Barca and they are even considering selling him. Not because he is not really good or experienced but because he is not as fit as he used to be. Essien is simply not as good as he used to be and we are going to depend on past exploits and experience then we may have as well added Stephen Appiah, John Mensah and Olele to the team. The fact remains that these guys are wearing out and we need to be realistic and accept that fact. Nigeria dropped most of their old players and won the AFCON, Brazil keeps dropping older players Ghana might have never dropped. We need to learn from these teams.
