At this time, let the players do their normal "work-out" trainings, practice and rehears strategies, and study the potential game plan of all the opposing teams. To build up stamina, the players should run a lot and climb mountains. If there are no mountains in Miami, let the players run and climb trees (the coconut trees and the date palms at the beaches).
It's good to paly friendly matches to assess the players ability and to try the strategies..but what happens if any player (key) player picks up an injury at this time?

I used to play for a club and I really understand why we play friendly matches. I will always play my best and try to avoid unwanted injuries.
Coach Appiah has shown his hands too early but its ok if he pulls off most of these players from the game after 45 minutes of play. I will like to see Afriyie Acquah again.
