Wcups or any major soccer tournammts is not won with strong midfielders, but strong defenders! Strikers can win you a game, but defence wins you a tournament. So Kwaku ananse akyeampong@twitter you are wrong! Do ur research. Every wcup or major continental soccer tournament were won by teams with strong defences, conceding less goals. You can split points and make it to the final with a draw. You can't do that if you lose.

Thanks for your analysis and achievement. All the predictions done by Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg are done by Economists. The problem with these fools here on this blog and some in Ghana is that they have pull him down syndrome and mentality. If you came to Ghana today with all these experience and education no one will listen to you that is why Ghana is so underdeveloped. If a white man who did not have even half of your qualifications made this prediction and analysis, Ghanaians will be jumping up and down.

I am proud of your achievements and bold prediction. yes, Ghana will certainly win the 2014 World Cup and I am happy the analysis is done by a smart African who is also a certified coach from the USA who knows about football also.

When I saw the team sheet, I immediately said that was a poor selection and after the Nigerian game, we can say that Local coaches are not there yet. Ghana unless a divine intervention, cannot make it from this group let alone win the cup. We are in trouble. Portugal will easily beat USA & Ghana and go through with the USA. Ghana must learn to be humble. Opare was so poor and Atsu played like he is a player from tumantu. Wasteful crosses n unnecessary shots at goal. Let's accept it. Only a miracle from God will take us out of the group. Kodwo Asamoah should play in the middle with Ayew, Harrison Afful on d left, Essien on D right. I really lost words. Kwesi Appiah is very poor just like our defence. He was a defender and must teach them better. One could easily see that Klinsmann wanted the win more than the Entire BlackStars team did. God bless our homeland Ghana, God bless us All. A bad day for Ghana Soccer.
