Polo was up to the task. He was undermined by players loyal to Coach Duncan. Polo has nothing to do with the firing of Duncan it was management. Management undermined Polo just as they did Duncan. I'm glad Duncan sued them and won. My other problem is with the playing body. When you wear that rainbow jersey you better come to play not for coaches but for the team that pays your salaries. What management did to Duncan was not acceptable and what the players did to Polo was despicable. Polo coached junior side Auroras and produced and tapped good talents out of the youth team who are playing so well elsewhere. Management should at least give him a chance. At this time Hearts will end up like what happened to Great Olympics relegation
