I have been vehement against the selection of Kwarasey because his performance doesn't only tell how useless a goalkeeper the guy is, it has shown how manipulated and corrupted the selection of the guy was. What could have made Akwasi Appiah to select the guy is nothing but a personal preference without merit. It's a shame.
Kwarasey is a useless guy and his selection has caused the demise of the Black Stars.
I believe, Akwasi Appiah should go because, he is no coach with objective choices.

I personally think our president sold our first game to the USA and not Kwesi Appiah or Nyantekyi though they it was all through them. Why re-assign the ministers if they failed the nation. I was disappointed to see Adam let in a thirty yarder(approximately 30m) shot, and the fact that the local goalkeeper was not tried. I wish we had a Robert Mensah Class keeper. If I can`t control my player, how then can I train him? I admire Akwesi Appiah for his performance as a professional Coach but this is my only MINUS observation.
Akwesi Appiah had all the qualities that makes a professional coach but
this shouldn`t have happened or mentioned. "A lot of coaches/leaders fail because they lost the definiteness of decision". I wish you had accepted the responsibilities alone without mentioning any player.

I am personally grateful that as one from outside looking in, you saw what is wrong and voice out. But that the calibre of Ghana officials in general. They are all corrupt, and hate to be told the truth. Every country that participated in the world cup had months and even years to prepare, so it was sad to hear that Ghana had to fly in cash at the last minute to help meet your needs there. Why did they not wire this money long time ago through its embassy in Brazil for safe keeping? It is an embarrassment to those of us Ghanaians living abroad to hear things like this. No matter how hard we try to live our lives here to prove to others that we blacks and for that matter Ghanaians are smart and even better than what they have portrayed us to be, how governments in Africa keep dragging us done with their corrupt, selfish, self-centered behaviors. I hope these GFA officials would be disciplined or remove from their posts for the disgrace and shame they have brought to us. I am not angry at them because we lost and had to live the tournament. I am angry at them because of their uncivil behavior and lack of leadership. Why should they take sides and allow some of the players to influence their decision-making? I hope that Kwasi Appiah speaks good ENGLISH.

While I agree that there is massive corrupt practices within the current government which only replicated in the GFA's administration and organization of the world cup tournament, Kevin Prince Boateng and Sulley Muntari should have emulated the rest of the players in respectfully and peacefully demanding their money before committing to play any further match. For Kevin to use expletive words to insult the coach who is much older than him only smacks of deficits in discipline and courtesy. (Das ist nicht richtig). It is also not right for him to make unnecessary revelations. It was so uncouth and barbaric for Sulley to physically assault an official. He should have been handed to the Police.

As for Kevin and Essien, I guess they should not have been selected in the first place as they have not displayed loyalty to their nation Ghana in the past with regards to playing matches that led to the qualification into the world cup. Essien in the past has always feigned injury when he has to play for his country. His attitude is deplorable.

As much as I believe that the FA has some serious problems, for Kevin Prince Boateng to come out and make this statement against his fellow players and the coach tells more about his character than the actions of the players, coach and the FA. I told one of my friends the other day that I did not think that Kwarasey was a bad goalkeeper; rather, I told my buddy that I suspected that there was a problem in communication with the backline due to the language issue. As a captain, Asamoah Gyan was right to approach the coach if the backline (including Boye) had issues with the goalie. Another curious observation from the message from Kevin is that, if indeed there was division amongst the players based on the names that Kevin mentioned, then I am beginning to see why Jordan Ayew did not pass the ball to Gyan in the game against Germany. Sadly, I think the Black Stars are slowly becoming divided like the Ivorian team. More troubling, I can see the team becoming divided in the manner it did in the years of Abedi and Yeboah. We know what happened when that occurred; years in the wilderness of African football. If we are not careful, we might not make it back to the WC in a very long time. That is, if the simmering division is not checked.

Every Ghanaian living in the U.S and Europe does not want to be discriminated against base on your race, color, accent, or origin. I hope John Boye and Gyan are NOT trying to be racists. I believe the coach should make his selection based on who is fit for a particular game, and not based on who can speak our local language(s). The world is evolving, and if you look at most of the countries participating in the world cup, there are a lot of black players. Examples, France, U.S.A, England, Holland, Germany, and the rest. How many Whites, Latinos, Arabs,or Asian-Ghanaians do we have in the Black Stars? We love to see black players in such countries playing for those countries but are we willing to see the opposite in the Black Stars? That is why i have a problem with Boye's and Gyan's approach. Also, when it comes to the use of English on the pitch, players don't use the "William Shakespeare or Chinua Achebe's type of expressions". The players usually say " Watch, cross the ball, be careful, hurry up" and such phrases should be understood by every Ghanaian player whether educated or not. So am appealing to the Coaching staff to prevent such a behaviour from John Boye and Gyan from happening again. Because racism hurts, it is an evil and must not be welcomed in the Black Star team. Please, Mr. Kwarasey and Mr. K.P. Boateng, Ghana loves you and we need you back for future assignments. May God bless your families.

I have watched Kwarasey and I think by his personality he is a quiet guy. Unfortunately, that disposition in the post will always be counter-productive. He has to take control whilst in the post. He has to shout at his defencemen. He failed to do that and we all saw what happened.
If Asamoah Gyan, as captain cannot make suggestions to the coach, what authority does K.P. Boateng has to be 'pissed' because the coach did not let him start the game; that he selected players who played "stupid football".
K.P. Boateng is too full of himself. He is not disciplined. Kwarasey never insulted the coach. He did not run beserk because he was not fielded in the second match. So K.P. Boateng should learn from Kwarasey.

I support some f the players' call for over hall at the GFA.
But there is nothing wrong with a captain, a defender or any player suggesting the use of one over the other. It is done everywhere but the ultimate decision is the coach's.
So Prince should know that and stop ranting. We understand him, Muntari and others. We need no division going forward. GFA at all cost will be dissolved and Appiah would have to make way for a more c competent coach.
If he cries foul and want judgement depth paid him, Nyantakyi would have to pay as no one knows his reason to rrenew Appiah's contract when he has the final test(World Cup) to prove he is worth the renewal.

Its said that every man must first serve his God then his Nation and you will have your reward.All those who served Our Truthful God had their God's promises realised.
Let's ask if all those whose served our Nation had their nation's promises realised?
The Nation promised the 1978 squad houses and what happened to these players in their old ages?Some died as beggers.
