  It's so sad African team managers has been failing so badly to bring local teams to per with the rest of the world. The reason is the managers want to be more popular and make more money than the players.
  Most ppl know the names of the CEO and the managers of Kotoko and Hearts than the players.
  Teams revolve around fans, and Europe has far less population than even West Africa so why they can make more money with fan,TV commercials and merchandise and be able to pay millions to players including African players and we could not be able to do the same?
  Couldn't we be able to reach our fans thru TV and be able to sell merchandise, what the heck is our problem?
  This attitude of managers wanna be bigger than players was displayed on the world stage when players of Black Stars were packed at economy class like sardine with their legs jet lagged where non entities and their ugly wives plus useless children relaxing their legs and bodies at business class.
  This attitude runs through every facet of our endeavor when managers fights to take the shine from the stars that they are managing to a point of demeaning their importance.
  An executive producer of music who uses his or her money behind a musician but have no clue about the key of E flat on the piano or the key board, imposes his or her ugly face on the album for what I don't know.

  He was the ideal player in all of this mess.
  
  He went in, trained, played with energy and enthusiasm, scoring 2 out of 4 overall total scores.
