If you play beautifully well and you can't score, it is useless being in the world cup. Akwasi Appiah doesn't know what he's doing. He's just there as a stooge, fielding the wrong people and the right people at the wrong positions. He's simply confused and you could see it at the World cup. It's the coach's job to craft a winning strategy and coaching the team to execute it. The players, individually, were skillful but they lacked cohesion and team play. For that reason, appiah must go and make room for someone who understands the business.

I find it strange that you say Kwasi Appiah and Kwasi Nyantakyi must stay on for another one year and that "Kwasi Appiah should not be coaching the team a year from now. If Mr.Nyantakyi does not do anything at that time, he must go along with the coach".No Kwasi Appiah must go with Kwasi Nyantakyi NOW. The players don't have confidence in him. He himself does not have confidence in himself. He apologised to the people of Ghana after the poor performance of the Black Stars in the last African Cup of Nations. He again apologised after this last World Cup where he could not win even one match. What else do you want to see? It seems to me that you are one of the champions of the "Ghanaian Coach for the Black Stars" nonsense. For heaven's sake, put the interest of Ghana football first before your own personal interest and that of Kwasi Appiah and Kwasi Nyantakyi, I have no doubt in my mind at all that you wrote this article to encourage Kwasi Appiah to stay on.
