  He would be because on that crucial day, it was evident that they did not have a Captain on the field of play nor a proactive Manager in Scolari. One of these should have signalled PLAN B when things were very hot for Brazil ...

One of these should have signalled PLAN B when things were very hot for Brazil that is ask the players to changhe the tempo of the game and try keeping the ball as much as was possible and as they could and away from the Germans None of this occurred .
