Up to date, there is no a single commission that was set by President, who work to the advantage of the nation. They all failed.

Charlie, we are in Ghana, do you realize that? We are clueless. At first, before and after the elections, I had thought Mahama could be a different motivator who would stir and instil ambition into Ghanaians; he turns out to be the most clueless. All he does is talk, talk, talk! I can’t understand why good Ghana people should merit extremely stupid leaders. I keep wondering if we aren’t all retarded in Ghana without any ability to think and reason clearly as we carry along destroying the country. I devoted days to thinking about this and can’t find answers. In fact, insanity is being a fool over and over again and expecting results, which is what Ghanaian leaders are.
Germany won not because they’re stronger than our team. We drew with them; I saw desperation in the German team, and their coach was almost in tears when we held them. We played better and lost guard to lack of concentration and the lack of desire to keep the lead.
We were better than USA and Portugal. The German team won because they’re more determined, organized, disciplined and coherent. We in Ghana lack any of these qualities in whatever we do, in every field of endeavor while we crave bigness, top-ranking and show-offs. We will continue to fail because I don’t see how we’re going to reverse our thinking.

Coach Akwasi Appiah was a man I thought was going to lead the GBS albeit to transform TeamGhana into a formidable side considering his dominant stay with the team. He's being there for so long I have even lost count in real years.
His handling acumen falls short unbecoming of a national coach with a team like the GBS of Africa.
His real qualities were conspicuously absent, and or shown, quite evidenced in his shoddy strategies, player selections, substitutions, discipline and management skills.
One would make a case of happenstances, i.e. give him a second chance, a third chance, and even a fourth one.
But I personally,would say no. Cuz, if a person of more than ten years experience in a profession is unable to "right the wrong" in his chosen field, it would be easy to write that person off, demoted or fired.
That person could/should be considered a twerp and or a 'Slow Learner' and as a matter of fact, should not be asked to teach/guide/manage/guard a team whatsoever, not to get close to a precious gem like the GBS, apparently and arguably, one and only entity that controls the heartbeat of Ghana.
"I want people who can work" That was what I thought Akwasi Appiah represented before and during his tenure as a player, a captain and a coach and having been with the team for so long. I was wrong for hailing him non-stop for three years.
Now, I do not believe in or have respect for longevity anymore unless it is tied to performance.

I have come to realize that, Akwasi Appiah might be good as a coach but not the smart type, albeit not intelligent enough to think on his feet. He is prone to suggestions consistent with one who more often than not, would welcome/expect external pep-talk before taking decisions.
Consequently,the fact that Akwasi Appiah had delivered Ghana to the Americans does not mean another Ghanaian coach would do same.

Get a foreign coach to put these talented players together. Setup an interim management committee to take over GFA. There is no need going forward without fixing the system. It is not going to take us anywhere. When you are assigned a task and you fail, you're suppose to face the nation. You don't rush to judge yourself, and make changes to stay in power. Who is paying you? If not in Ghana, how would a coach who failed woefully have his contract renewed with an increase in salary? What precedence are we setting? The idea that Nyantakyi sent his whole family to Brazil on tax payers money was enough for him to be fired. He should not be at his post.

Nevertheless, your point is clear..I believe that Ghana missed the momentum..if the GFA president was a man of integrity and honnesty, he would have resigned and if coach Kwasi Appiah believed he was a good coach, he would have resigned.
Look at most of the wordcup coaches who failed, they have humbly resigned..that says a lot about them as human..Ghana is so corrupt that if one hold a certain position, he would like to sit to pass it on this his kids.
But that is "Ghana" (Africa) right? I am happy that I am not living there..because knowing myself, I would not fit into that system and as far as Ghana remains so corrupt, I will also recommend businesses not to do their trade there...It is very hard to find trusthworthy people in Ghana and that is a BIG shame!

U see, we don’t have the character to win a 16 nation tournament such as the AFCON but we have the character to incredibly performed in the wc to the amazement of many including the naysayers!

He’s then said that, there has never been any player like ADOLPH ARMAH and that whenever Adolph ARMAH comes to Senegal to play, the whole staduim ll stand up to give him a STANDING OVATION becasuw he brings unblemished and pure entertainment!!! He said his touch alone is out of this world!
This is an old fella who obviously knows what he is saying and he confessed to me that, he has watched all African nations or national teams right from 50s up to today(2014) and he knows that all of them play the same except Ghana!
