If at the age of 28, he has an 8-year-old son and another son of 6 years old, this mathematically means that he got his first son when he was only 20 years old.

By extension, that also means that the "wife" got pregnant 9 months earlier when Gyan was less than 20 years old. And since Gyan is presumed to be older than the woman, conventionally by abount 3 years, it also means that, she got pregnant when she was about 16 years old.

Asamoah Gyan is a nice typical Ghanaian/African name with significance. Any reason giving your nice African kids white European names which white people intentionally disguised it in their religion as "Christian" names to fool our uneducated forefathers? Unfortunately, after colonial times, even the "educated" African is still undergoing mental slavery in the absence of the colonial masters. The same applies to the African moslems using Arabic names. So can an African having an African name be a Christian or a moslem?
