  Not too long ago, the heartbeat of Ghana soccer, the indomitable GBS was bounced over stemming out of money issues.
  
  In two weeks, the princesses would be lining up in Canada. And from the look of things, money is going to be, OOPS! money has been the issue.
  They had reluctantly departed in protest for that bill slated first week in August proximo.
  
  Sooner or later, Sellas and his fortitude would be heading down for another show down. Money still gonna be an issue.
  
  Now, the Queens are on their majestic hit parade, where cometh the money to see them all thru?
  
  Worst of them all is the Amputee squadron. These are a bunch of cripples, OOPS! too bad, are infirm group who supposed to compete locally only, yet the want to be outdoored world over. They are surely going to take a chirp/ chip and a taste of the pie too.
  
  Here come, as would come a host of demonstrations of the other sectors of the economy, notably doctors and teachers. Isn't all about money issues?
  
  The million dollar question is:
  Is the 'Mahama Aban' not overburden with all these unprofitable ventures all in the name of sports at the detriment of other economic
  programmes?. Hasn't sports become a source of petty distraction?
  Can't the government suspend all activities of the sports ministry for two years in order to revamp the economy?
