  Jordan, while there you must learn to play as a team and do away with the kind of selfishness that you and other African players often exhibit in big tournaments like AFCOn and the World Cup. The pain you inflicted in many a Ghanaian's heart is still fresh, when during Brazil 2014 Ghana could have beaten Germany but you failed to pass on the ball to Asamoah Gyan or to your other colleague who were expecting you to do so but you only weakly played the ball into the waiting hands of the Germany goalie. It was the same selfishness that motivated Asamoah Gyan to run for the ball and to take that missed penalty kick and thus denied Ghana the semi-final spot during South Africa 2010.
  
  The strong desire to take credit for personally scoring goals is the bane of many African players when they're playing for their national teams. They tend not to play as a team, unlike European and some South American players who seem determined to win as a team rather than focus on themselves. You and your other colleagues must do away with this selfishness that you have consistently demonstrated. It's more than pain the neck!
