If this story is true then all i can say is that the Board and Management has failed Kotoko. the way out of this mess if for Kotoko restructure, become a limited liability and list on the stock exchange. At least 40% of its shareholding must be traded on the stock exchange. this will be the beginning of prudent management of Kotoko's financial and human resources and an end to this adhoc way of managing the club by no lesser person than my own revered Asantehene. Its time a very professional management team is allowed to run the affairs of the club instead of the "kokofu football" at play. We allow so many people without football and business acumen to run Kotoko.The new shareholders of the floated 40% must be allowed to determine who manages the club instead of the powers that be at Manyhia with all due respect.
