  Do a thorough test on them, physicaly and psychologically to ensure a long term produce. One of the reasons why our players rush to go outside is because they are already old. Older than what is on paper. Also make sure you select the best and those who deserve and no "favoritism".

  Its about time you and the GFA bring back the golden days of YOUNG HEARTS, HEARTS BABIES,AURORAS etc and their compatriots in the other clubs. They played the curtain raisers for the main games. Out of that we had the famous TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STARS.
  Get it going and not as a one day wonder.
