...A NATIONAL ATHLETIC PROGRAM.....WITHOUT THESE 3. GH WILL BE A FRINGE ATHLETIC NATION.
I concur, GHFUO. You seem to have a lot of positive ideas for the transformation of our nation. Why don't you return home and put them to good use?
Very impressive. After reading this piece, I now have an assurance that something good is being done by this current administration. More is needed though. I pray corporate Ghana and gov't helps this current drive to develop ...

The state of track & field in Ghana is dismal. Owusu should not gloat over the exploits of the 800m gold medal winner Martha Bissah as the resurgence of t&f. Ghana’s preparation to the recently completed Commonwealth Games ...

Martin, I am not gloating; far from it. All I am trying to do is to let readers know that there is more to the story than lies and exaggerations. How is pointing out the progress made by GAA in the last 3-4 years gloating?

Sir, with all due respect to you, for a prof, you seem awfully obtuse. When did I "rubbish her accomplishments"? Please, go back and read what I said carefully and come bACK AND APOLOGISE to me.
You want an apology? Interesting. You can't even see that by questioning her age, you are devaluing the significance of her accomplishment. No more replies to you. Have a good day
That is a typical Ghanaweb troll's response, prof. Thank you and may you have a good day too, sir. I shall rest my case now.
Kudos to the 800m gold medal winner Martha Bissah. My point of contention is that it took Ghana umpteen years to produce a single Olympic gold medal at the youth level, at best. You’re gloating and patting yourself on the ...
