  We always come out with half truths in order to leave room for corruption. How come our reporters are not able to say exactly how many old players received the 180,000? Ghana is in a mess!

  Osei Kofi, Sam Acquah, Frank Odoi, Agyemang Gyau, Ben Kusi, John Eshun, Sunday Ibrahim, Amusa Gbadamasi, Wilberforce Mfum, Jones Atuquayefio, Addo Odameteyo and many others. The Government should institute a Soccer Hall of Fame and induct these players into it.

  Actually the amount to each was GHc18,000 but some of them like Rev. Osei Kofi who was on the 63 and 65 team recived double that amount.

  What would be patriotic if they held cedis and lost everything?
  The dollar is the currency equivalent of gold.
  
  If your currency is on the plummet, run for gold or the dollar.
  
  After all, those paying them the money are themselves holding their savings in dollars.
  
  Right now they need about 4 cedis to buy a dollar.
  
  By Christmas, they'll be needing 8 cedis to buy the same dollar. Why save in cedis then? Not worth it.

  Each player couldn't have pocketed 180 thousand cedis,if it is the case then only about 9 players out of the whole number that featured for the winners were rewarded.
