  What is wrong with Ghanaians? Government this, government that? What do we want from the government and why do we want to government to be doing everything for us? Even the richest nations in the world do not sponsor their citizens to sports events. The die hard fans buys their own tickets to and from.
  same thing with our system of government too. even our colonial masters don't give cars and bungalows to their ministers anymore. they don't pay for the drivers, and all ministers drive themselves in their own car they bought (sorry they can;t afford to buy cash and carry so they finance it). the ghana government will save billions if they stop this nonsense of providing and spending money on stupid things like the above made points

  We must promote competitions which bring out the best in our students which would also promote the love of learning, knowledge and wisdom in our students from kindergarten to the tertiary level.
  
  The national constitution quiz organized by NCCE, the national science and maths quiz, GBC spelling bee and talent competitions in drama, sports, poetry and dance must all be promoted.

  this thing of organising people to go for something is wrong. why should it be a responsibility of government to organise hajj pilgrimage for instance.
