Why should it be free? At least charge a reduced rate! At the end of the day you have to pay staff, pay cleaners of the stadium, pay for water, pay for electricity etc, you get my drift. We seem to think that government has to provide everything free of charge. The reason other countries are where they are is that they have attached MONETARY VALUE to everything and can therefore see in clear terms if things are going well or not. By making it free for everyone, it means that govt. has to come up with money which it does not have to cover the expenses for the match. Mr. Minister for whatever the reason I say that it is ill advised.
How are you going to pay for the electricity, water, cleaners etc for that day? Please tell us?

There we go again, another unthinkable move by unthinkable ministers of the ruling party. I am not using this as a means of putting the ruling party down but common sense need to be put into meaningful measures. Electricity power outage keeps going on/off with average retailers loosing businesses due to spoilage of their products, roads projects from previous administration that needed to be completed by sitting administration still in ruin. the power usage for this game that the gov't has issued a free admission to, bill or cause of expenses for the game. Ministers are going to use gov't vehicles/ vouchers to travel to and from this game which intends come from the nation's pocket . Although we as a nation/citizens are not dumb enough to realize that the gate fees/ admission could be use to cover some of the expenses we will incurred. I guess the this leaders did not really study economics in their beginner root (JSS/SSS)school.I I hope IMF visit to Ghana will be a eye opener to the nation leaders by denying their financial rescue
