HE COULD BE SUED FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER BY ASAMOAH GYAN. ALSO THE POLICE SHOULD CALL HIM FOR QUESTIONING BECAUSE IT APPEARS HE HAS SOME INFORMATION THAT THE POLICE DOES NOT HAVE. THERE ARE ALL SORTS OF IMPLICATIONS HERE. NOBODY CONDONES ASSAULT OR VIOLENCE BUT NOT ONE APPRECIATES BEING ACCUSED OF SOMETHING HE HAS NOT DONE. MY LAST POINT IS THAT IT WAS A QWRONG FORUM TO BE ASKING THAT QUESTION SINCE IT IS A VERY TOUCHY SUBJECT. HE LOST HIS BEST FRIEND AND TO BE ACCUSED OF "SACRIFICING" HIS FREIND IS VERY DEGRADING AND HUMILIATING. AS EDUCATED AS THIS JOURNALIST MIGHT BE HE STILL BELIEVES IN THIS AFRICAN NONSENSE ABOUT JUJU, SPIRITS, GHOSTS AND WITCHCRAFTS. i would be very glad if Baffour Gyan is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and jailed if found guilty. It is unacceptable, no matter how famous you are, to attack anyone for asking you a question. The journalist asked Asamoah Gyan a question and it was up to him to answer or ignore. No matter how offensive the qustion may have been, Baffour has no right to attack the journalist for that. Ghana is a democratic country and a country of law. No one should ever be above the law. Baffour Gyan must be punished and Asamoah Gyan should be investigated if he had any role in planning the assult on the journalist.
