Or how about the Air France that went missing in the atlantic ocean; although debris were found earlier, it took two years to locate the actual plane. Now, compare the size of aircraft and Castro and see what chance does Castro stand in terms of recovering his body if it took 2years to locate a much bigger object. I am sorry for Castro and his family, but let us accept reality and move with life. Let us all learn from Castro's death as friends and as a nation.

Why can't we all accept the fact that they went to have a good time and something tragic happened. We also forget about 90 percent of Ghanaians can't swim and Castro and his partner did not have life jackets on. For the information of all the ignoramus and skeptics .depending on certain factors not all drowning victims are found floating later . We should use this unfortunate incident to educate our people and teach swimming . I remember I had yo pay to learn the basics of swimming with my wife when we got to the USA. I made sure all my kids learnt how yo swim. A lot of Ghanaians have drowned in swimming pools here in the states for the mere reason that they never learnt to swim and tried yo jump into swimming pools ,how much more trying to rescue yourself from the Almighty Volta River.

Body position,most bodies float because they hit the water in prone position and because the lungs retain air the bodies will float.Also if you loses all the air in your lungs before hitting the water example people who die before being placed in water they tend to sink.2:clothing plays a role in sinking ,cotton and certain fibers that absorb water will help you sink easily whilst silk clothing that retains air pockets will help the body float.3:a Salinity of the body water will determine whether you float or sink ocean water being denser causes more floating compared to fresh water or river water.4: the temperature of a body of water and the concept of thermocline can determine whether a body floats or sink,colder water the tendency is for bodies to float. Please go and read any book that specifically talks about floatations of dead bodies before you try to ask me about basic physics,!!!
