  This is a calculated coincidence by Nyantakyi to raise Kwesi Appiah's salary in order to get more money if he collects his usual 10% from AA. This financial debt to the state must be treated like the Wayome case. They have created one additional Asante dollar millionaire which is the good part of the deal.
