There is a difference between a talkative and a nonsensical proud person who talks two times in a season. You feel so proud and you are too quick to talk about how much school you have aside coaching. Others may talk too much but with humility and results to show. That is what you envy. You always insult people or too eager to challenge everyone even when it is not necessary, just because you have a university degree. You see how you fumble when you meet people like Neil Amstrong, former Hearts CEO? Until you learn to respect authority or others even if they are not as educated as you, you will always have the problems you have, envy, quick to anger, no results. I dont care how much compensation you get from whoever,you will always be overlooked.
