Nobody in Ghana is better than Konadu. He has succeeded everywhere he has coached. He qualified the Ghana under 20 in 2011 when the Coach of the team at that time had put the qualification of the team in doubt with string of bad performances.

He won the league championship with Kotoko his first year and took the local Blackstars to the CHAN finals a year ago.

We behave too greedy and selfish, and never like to reward our own talented and efficient personnel. Beyond that, we must take good care of our athletes, they bring glory, fame, wealth and opportunities to any Nation, big or small.

But oh when will we learn from God and the white man? We only ingest their garbage, copy their rejected lifestyles and pretend we also human.

Qualified Ghanaian coaches of decent reputation must be chosen by all Premier league and foreign-based players in a secret voting process. The prominent three will need to be voted for again in a democratic process by the players themselves for the best to be selected for the post od Black Stars Coach or Manager. The fans will be free to descend on any chosen player who does not tow the line in discipline and performance. Let us try to give our coaches the benefit of doubt; there may be a decent and better-than Serbian guy somewhere. Meawhile GFA must come clean with the reasons for preferrng the duplicate to the original. Was it a case of back-biting?

This is being directed at Konadu and all those backing him as stand-in coach of the Black Stars. It bothers me that GFA has chosen the servant over the master and feel peeved though I have never met or spoken to Akwasi Appiah who elevated Konadu. Akwasi has served Ghana much better than this ill-appointed caretaker coach. When will this era of destructive admnistrators do just one thing right? Be warned Konadu, that if you mess up, you will be skinned alive because you are an ungrateful Judas Iscariot. We know Selas Tetteh to deliver so why this discrimination or Nyantakyi is indulging in nepotism. Please involve the players who matter most in the choice of a Ghanaian Coach. Let us have a Ghanaian coach for performance, achievement and national pride. Many of us are professionals excelling in other top nations with the right attitude and hardwork. Let us challenge our coaches to shed off corruption, favouritism and inferiority complex to live up to expectation before even dreaming of outsiders. The only preferred outsider must be Mr. Stephen Keshi of Nigeria not European.

Sellas cannot handle black stars,as he once given the team and he flopped.He then went to Rwanda and messed up,and was almost beaten up,before he ran away.Let him stay at the under 20 level and "make" his money.

If we will put all politics aside and be sincere with ourselves Coach Kwasi Appiah has done far better that all the Black star coaches.

Let's call spade a spade what happened in Brazil was the fault of the Gov't and not him. If the gov't had paid the footballers their due monies, they would have made it to the next level. I think we should rather congratulate AA and leave him in peace.

At any rate, it will be morally wrong to appoint Milovan. He is the one we got in our search for an adviser to coach Kwasi Appiah. But as soon as we got him, we got Kwasi Appiah sacked. To appoint him to replace Kwasi Appiah will show how much distorted GFA's integrity is. He has no one to advise so he should be asked to go home to Serbia.
Konadu has proved himself in handling the U23 team and the local Black Stars. He can do the job.
