All that was expected from coach Appiah was performance. If he performed well during his tour of duty to the expectations of GFA and Ghanaians then there is no need to fire him. FIFA Brazil World Cup Games alone should not be the basis of grading him but his whole years of tour. But if his performances were good as Ghanaians wanted of him then there is no way he should be fire. But on the other hand if he did not perform well yo the expectations of his peers ie. GFA and Ghanaians then he should be asked to resign. To say he is "FIRED" is too extreme word to use for the man who won so many games for Ghana in his tour of office. Some words such as FIRE and many others in America are foreign in Ghanaians usage so when we are using them one must be careful not to hurt the feelings of our gallant men and women. At least Coach Appiah did a lot to put Black Star and Ghana on the world map.

If you watch the world cup, Ghana, lost the first game due to a mental breakdown of the defense, lost to Portugal because of the stupidity of the government and the GFA. They drew with Germany, the world champions, which no team could boast of doing. Coaches do not start winning in first of second or third years, it takes some awhile, but I think this guy would have been one of the best coaches in this country.

The reason we drew with Germany wasn't because of Appiah. He was prompted to revert back to strategy instead of tactics. And inspite the mayhem which preceded the portugal match, any serious strategist would have easily managed the situation to get a draw. This is a coach who goes into matches with the mentality of given his opponents a good game. Is this a coach?

For kwesi Appiah to allow US to beat us alone calls for his resignition as head coach..he is too sensitive and to me the entire GFA body need to be dissolved.. period
