Maybe Dr. Appiah has his own understanding of losing the dressing room. Can he tell us any coach (dead or alife)who will accept Dede's co-coaching episode in Lome? I bet even Baloteli will not try that on Seedorf.

I better way of having control of the dressing room is not to expelling players to prove authority, because this method is a double edge sward. When you dismiss the likes of KPB, Sulley and Dede from a team; in fact you are shooting yourself in the foot as you team gets weakened. That type of action will bring pressure that will eventually get the coach fire for not lustering. You have to communicate to the players better so that things do not come to the level expulsion as a means of dispensing discipline.

obviously Appiah does not know what control means. When in your own words KVP insulted you continuously and even called your mother a cheap whore, and Muntari and the Ayews lambasted you on more than two occasions, and the players refused to train for a world cup for whatever reason and you don't see it then you are a born buffoon. It was a great mistake to appoint you a coach with such an inferior intelligence.
