Di Asempa, it's never about what Ghanaians think. If you are honest with yourself, you will admit that technically, Kwasi Appiah is lacking big time. Just go back and review all the matches he coached. Don't close your eyes and profess blind loyalty just because he's Ghanaian but can't do the job. Track him for the number of years he was assistant to all these foreign coaches through his tenure as the substantive coach of the Black Stars. He's had every opportunity under the sun to show his mettle but the evidence suggests otherwise. Football is a big business and national past time. Don't settle for mediocrity just because we want to promote local coaches, when that coach doesn't measure up.

None of the locally-based Ghanaian coaches can ever handle the multi millionairs black star team. These players are also exposed to far superior coaches in their respective clubs abroad. They won't even take our local coaches serious.
