  Milo was not only a master strategist when it comes to deploying the blackstars on the field to do the job, he was also brilliant with player transition from junior level to senior side. What are we waiting for?

  I said he was master strategist because he was able to deploy the blackstars to do the job and to now add, even with efficiency. It was within a context of only the blackstars. Jose is an adaptable coach. But how many Jose does the world have? not many and they expensive. And the reason is that, adapting your methods to your new environment is is not an easy thing. It requires thorough understanding of the culture of your new environment. It was always going to be tough for him given the way the Saudis behave - rich and with no hunger for success. But here in Ghana, the grounds was fertile for him. He understood us and adapted well and became strategically functional. Many star players and coaches faced this kind of problem of adaptation. Milo's own is normal. It success here in Ghana shows, here is his natural lair
