The accused persons could sue this journalist for wrongful accusation and time spent in jail during their arrest.i hope this journalist dont come up later to lie...cause he looks like a journalist with low credibility.

Whether Baffour and Anim committed a crime or not is beyond dispute.

They did not have to be participants in the physical attacking.

They did not have to be participants in the physical attacking.

I'm sure they did lay their hands on Kenu, but whether in reality they did or not, the fact is they LED the attackers, and that's enough for a crime.

You get punished as a criminal whether you only led the armed robbers or physically attacked the victims.

The Police must still go ahead and prosecute them for a jailable crime.

That means whether Kenu proceeds with his CIVIL case (awarded some compensation in court for pain and suffering or settled out of court) or not, the CRIMINAL case of assault must NEVER be dropped until the jury finds the accused not guilty.

Our judiciary must know and implement the nuances between CRIMINAL and CIVIL charges.

CRIMINAL issues are NEVER settled ex-court. Only CIVIL cases are.

The time needed by the police and the Prosecuting Service to question Baffour Gyan took so long. Elsewhere, they would have been dealt with within two weeks or less. In Ghana it is tit-for-tat affairs and this case has proved it. Law and order is in tatters but need to be investigated if Kenu was motivated in one way or the other. PERIOD! If someone slaps you, please return it as you will be told there is no evidence to prove your case. Lets watch for what will happen to these Gyan Brothers.
