Kenu, your decision to withdraw an impending court case against individuals who assaulted you was foolish, ill-advised and is an affront to reporters in Ghana.......you have done a great disservice; perhaps, money have may exchanged hands because the Gyan brothers are fabulously rich and can afford to buy off pea-brained, penniless, pathetic idiots like you...the reasons you have assigned for your action smack of cowardice and an abject lack of fortitude.....you will go down in our national history as the first scrivener who panicked when he could have set a precedent for future cases of this kind. I AM PRETTY SURE HIS LAWYER HAS GONE THROUGH HIS STATEMENT AND REALIZE THEY HAVE NO CASE, THEN ADVISE HIM NOT TO PURSUE PROSECUTION BECAUSE THEY CANNOT WIN.
IN GYAN'S LAWYER'S BRIEFING, HE STATED THAT KENU'S POLICE STATEMENT DID NOT SPECIFY THAT GYAN ASSAULTED HIM, BUT THAT HE HIRED SOME PEOPLE TO ASSAULT HIM.
SO WHERE DOES HE STAND IF HE CANNOT PROVE WHO THE ASSAILANTS ARE?
