  Please if it is not a regulation from FiFa to compel you and your members nobody will approve of it let alone it surviving in our statutes.
  Apart from the sources mentioned why cant the FA's budget contain anything of Juvenile Football and the other football teams?
  The FA and the Sports Ministry always painfully pretend to be sympathetic Colts football.
  This all important position in Ghana Football must be reserved for Heads of RFAs or anybody approved by them.
  Which member of the Juvenile Committee have any experience to share in ownership,management or running of Juvenile Football? How then can you solve our problems?
  Any body that decided the Juvenile league is serving the interest of the PLB and not the Juvenile clubs, in the long run.
  l plea with the Committee to pass an immediate resolution making a RETURN CLAUSE a compulsory part of agreements on the release of those players to the premier clubs.
  We are killing Ghana Football.

  How long can these premier clubs keep these young talented players.We are only going to help them gain floating status and satisfy the vampires who never invest in football but own players and transfer to the detriment of the club owners and managers who invest in the clubs and the players even at the peril of their lives.
  we did the same thing to Division One last two seasons and where are those talents? MOST OF THEM ARE FRUSTRATED and what impact did it have on the DOL and D2 league? Then you come down to colts in the name of developing it?
