At the end of the day, as much as I am a big Muntari fan, Muntari and KPB and Essien when they were put on the field against the USA could not make it happen. This is proof that in reality, we cannot treat them as more special than anyone else. I think Muntari is an excellent player but football is a team game and no one player is superman. With regards to Essien and KPB, I think injuries have caught up with them and they are not the players that they were in the past. There was pressure to have the "names" on the team. Now we know that is not necessary anymore. To be honest, for any player, other than goalies or goal poaching type strikers, two world cups in a row is usually enough. When you try to ride the same players all the time, you get disappointed.

I don't know what Essien did that got him suspended but we all know why Muntari and Boateng got suspended. I don't support what Muntari did but I understand this frustrations at that point in time. It is annoying to work hard for the team and so called officials getting pay an amount almost equal as you. that doesn't make sense to any rational human being. With Boateng issue, is about time our coaches learn to communicate with players. If a coach bench me, I will need an explanation too. Prior to AfCON 2012, it came in the media that Saanie Daara and some GFA officials were planning to deal with the Ayew brothers for whatever reason. Before his appointment, there was some level of peace with the players. I think an eye should be kept on his activities at the FA.

thanks to Muntari and Boaten for the first time we are having a proper enquiry where some of the kalabule of world cup 2014 officials are being outed, AA is gone, Afriyie Ankrah is partly gone yet people are still beefing the guys for what? hypocrisy or what. why dont we like facing the truth at all eh? some of my ghanaian mates in uk get so hateful, and hurt and abusive just because they cant argue their points in an argument particularly if you dont drive a similar level in their opinion car as they do. The arrogance and favoured slave mentality of our yesa masa big men appears to has infested so many that common sense and humility of leadership is gone out of the window. Lets us celebrate honesty and people who speak the truth. Corruption festers in the yesa masa culture in politics , in sports and in all other spheres of life.Ghana is the land of Kwame Nkrumah, Yaa Asantewa, Okomfo Anokye and all.
