ITS NO DIFFERENT THAN A QUALITY PLAYER. IT HAS LESS TO DO WITH THESE LICENSES AND MORE TO DO WITH WHAT YOU HAVE ACOMPLISHED AS A COACH....BEFORE A WHIAN WILL GIVE U A HANCE. HE HAS TO KNOW U COME IGHLY RECOMMENDED AND HAVE AN ACCOMPLISHED BODY OF WORK. BUT BECOS WE AFRICANS ARE MEDIOCRE AND WORSHIP ORACES...WE TAKE ANY NYAMA NYAMA RESUME LIKE MILO'S AND OUT ALL OUR EGGS IN 1 BASKET....WHAT TROPHY HAS MILO WOS PLAYERCOACH? THIS SON OF A BITCH IS SO GREEDY AND HAS NO LOYALY. HE ACHIEVED SMALL SUCCESS IN GH AND HAD SOME MONEY OFFERS AND LOOK WHAT HE DID. HE JUMPED SHIP LIKE A STINKY HOE! NOW, HE WANTS TO COME BACK.   u want trophies. dont u think u will have a better chance at winnign these trophies you seek. if u brought in a coach who has actually won trophies before? no wonder gh cant win abrewa chamber pot. u have these kokonte coaches who havent won mere toilet house trophy. coming to coach gbstars. many of them havnt even coached professional players who have played at the highest, professional clubs ever. some cant even speak english, french or even akan and yet. u in some benign way/wisdom think u can win a trophy with milo? fool...milo went to afcon final with these u20 plaers becos they were accustomed to winning and had and had a winnign mentality. they didnt win the trophy becos milo made terrible substitutions at the end and that cost ghana big time....

  The white man this and that will not help us. Having a foriegn coach does not mean we are going to become slaves. Obsession with our own even when he is not good enough for the BS yet will not help the cause of local coaches ...

Obsession with our own even when he is not good enough for the BS yet will not help the cause of local coaches in the long run. Take coach Duncan for instance , he was doing ok for hearts when i read news on here then next thing you read he has been sacked by someone who is eventually sacked too for deception. If the local chairmen and the rest do not promote longetivity in terms of managers at the big clubs how are they going to develop to be able to take up such high profile job as the BS? When the league keeps losing its best players, when there is no center of excellence for coaching of any note, when there is no consistent, defined uniform system which all clubs adopt as in Germany and Spain, when our local coaches are not winning African Clubs Competitions consistently, when even local successful clubs use foreign coaches, when minnow clubs in Africa are now doing better consistently in African Competitions; who then thinks our local coaches are so good? come on brothers and sisters.Ajax won champions league against sides with more resources at the time; Porto did the same. So if a local coach is good enough he will prove his worth in the African Clubs Competitions. It seems to me some local coaches eye the BS job for the money and not any patriotism because they know they are not ready in their hearts of hearts. What is the average goal of Ghana league?, how many goals does the top scorer scores?, how many years does the top managers stay in their positions with one club?. Bechem Chelsea did all right in African Club tournament but did the coach stay and prove his wort the year after?

First, the locally trained coach is lacking in professional managerial skills. This cancer belies all the flaws in the local coach's team management capacity. You take bribes from these boys so in the end they lose every respect for you.

  Folks, the Ghanaian and African coaches are not good and or of low standards. Agreed! But it is our own responsibility to improve, train and sharpen their coaching skills and professionalism. If we don`t do it, none will do for us. If we choose not to do it, we create one of the few jobs for the Europeans to come and milk us away. Look at how much unreliable Mr. Milo looking to charge us is a case in point.

Most coaches cannot even kick but they would be hired over and above you. Let us forget about Kwasi Appiah's fiasco and still try more local ones. There are still more good ones. GFA open your eyes.

Milo was lucky to have a great deal of talent during the previous tournament. How well did the so called white coaches do after they left Ghana? We should stand by our local coaches and give them all the support needed.
